Wholistic Life Coaching - Supporting you to empower yourself....
About Me

Lynn FrancisIt’s important that you feel comfortable with the person that you choose for your Life Coach.  Here is some information about me.  I have been in the personal growth field for 20 years in various capacities, learning and growing with each modality.  Learning experientially in the modalities of therapy, coaching, mindfulness, emotional expression, and visualizations, balanced by training in linguistics, marriage, couple, family therapy and life coaching has provided a holistic foundation  for me as a Life Coach.  I find it personally rewarding to help facilitate the growth of others as they tap into their resourcefulness, combining the head and the heart.

I have lived and traveled in many different countries, teaching, training, presenting workshops, and learning about the diversity of humanity.  I have worked with individuals, couples and families, facilitating change and growth in a holistic way with diverse people in survivors of torture, hospice, veterans' drug and alcohol rehab and high school. Life itself is an amazing teacher - marriage, deaths, deep relationships, children have all taught me and changed me.  Creativity is important to me through crafts, workshops, teaching and coaching.   I also enjoy walking, yoga, meditation, dancing and being in nature.
