Life Coaching Session - 50 minute sessions in person, by phone or skype, weekly or by weekly. Free complimentary 30 minute session.
Foundation Session - 2 - 2 minute1/2 hour session that sets the groundwork for in depth self discovery. (optional, but advisable)
Workshops - 2 - 3 hours. I can create a workshop to meet the needs of your group or organization.

How can I help you - 'being' and 'doing'?
On the “being” side I can help you to clarify your values which are the fuel to help you follow through with what you want more easily and effortlessly. I will support you as you tap into your own strength and your own inner resources. I will help you maintain focus and facilitate moving through any road blocks that may arise.
And on the “doing” side I can help you set achievable goals, organize your time and resources, and provide feedback. I will ask you powerful questions that help keep you on track and accountable to what it is you really want. And we will celebrate your progress and success!!!
It is more fun working with someone who is on your side, listening to you, encouraging you, acknowledging you and facilitating your own self-discovery. You are the expert on you and I would love to help you on your journey to the next level…
